If it seems to be one of your triggers, it is advisable to slowly ease it off your routine as drawing back on any food suddenly may also trigger your headaches.
While physical workout is a must for a healthy lifestyle, it can still trigger headache for some people suffering from migraine. You can still workout if that happens to be the case, and it is advisable to speak to your doctor about it and find out what type of exercise would work best for you.
